Cengar JP901 Air Hacksaw
Cengar's smallest saw. One handed use for fast cutting of thin materials. Perfect for cutting metal up to 3mm thick and fibreglass up to 6mm thick
Cengar PL905 Pneumatic Hacksaw
This saw has been specially designed for low vibration so that it can be used continously in production environments. Ideal for cutting heavy fibreglass and metals upto 20mm thick.
A low vibration saw which cuts faster than the CL saws. Perfect for free hand cutting of heavy section fibreglass and metal up to 20mm thick.
Because of it’s low vibration and high speed, the PL905 is ideal for production environments or applications where continual use is required. It was designed for use in the pallet repair industry but is increasingly being used by Oil & petrochemical industries, gas contractors and bus & truck builders.
The PL905 uses standard 12mm (1/2") hacksaw blades. A vacuum shroud is also available.

Cengar CL50 Air Hacksaw
Our general purpose saw, for cutting angle line, metal plates and pipes up to 150mm thick.
The CL50 is an all round workhorses in the range of tools. It can cut up to 150mm pipes and can be optionally supplied with a pipe clamp for square cutting.

Cengar CL75 Air Hacksaw

The CL75 Air Hacksaw is an all round workhorses in the range of tools. It can cut upto 150mm pipes and can be optionally supplied with a pipe clamp for square cutting.
The CL75 accepts 3/4" wide blades Cengar CL75.
The CL75 can accept both the 3/4" as well as the 1/2" blades simply by changing the nosepiece.
The CL75 can handle pipes up to 150mm in diameter and has an optional pipe clamp available.
A vacuum shroud is also optionally available.

Cengar JSZ Pipesaw
Cengar's largest saw, supplied with a pipe clamp. For cutting pipes up to 300mm diameter
The JSZ is the largest saw in the Cengar range. They come complete with a pipe clamp for up to 300mm pipes and accept Cenag's 25mm wide blades, either 300 or 450mm long.
They run at 600 strokes per minute, with a stroke length of 57mm.es and accept 25mm wide blades either 300 or 450mm long.
The JSZ is the general purpose above ground saw, used in the petrochemical and pipe fabrication/installation industries. It is not suitable for underground use.

Spitznas Sabresaw 512170010
A high powered air operated sabre saw. This saw uses the same blades as electric sabre saws / reciprocating saws, so it can be used to cut almost any material.
The Spitznas sabre saws are designed for free hand cutting, use vane motors and have a high power output of 1.0kW, for heavy duty cutting of wood up to 160mm thick or steel upto 19mm thick.
These reciprocating saws use the same blades as electric sabre saws or recipro saws, such as the Bosch, Makita, Hitachi etc. so they can cut almost any material with the correct blade.

Spitznas Reciprocating Saw 512120050
The Spitznas high powered pneumatic reciprocating saw can cut upto 530mm diameter pipes. Pipe clamps are sold seperately.
The Spitznas reciprocating saws are designed for cutting large pipes with the aid of a pipe clamp, use vane motors and have a high power output of 1.1kW, for heavy duty cutting of pipes upto 530mm in diameter.

Cengar JSM Air Hacksaw
For cutting upto 300mm pipe, Comes complete with a pipe clamp. ATEX approved for underground use.
The JSM was designed especially for use in underground coal mines. They come complete with a pipe clamp for up to 300mm pipes and accept 25mm wide blades either 300 or 450mm long.
The JSM is unique - because of it's small size and low air consumption, it can be used in places where other saws will not fit, and it can be run off a portable compressor or even an air/nitrogen cylinder with a regulator.
They run at 600 strokes per minute, with a stroke length of 57mm.
